My Philosophy
Divine energy runs through each of us. The great Masters each taught this truth. Yet, oftentimes, our own inner source of wisdom is difficult to access. Having a place where your voice can be heard and reflected back is a way to sift and sort through your experiences and increasingly align with your unique soul’s blueprint.
The inner work that happens in Spiritual Direction ripples well beyond the Self. We are all connected, and our personal individuation shifts the collective towards higher consciousness. It is an honor to serve as a companion on that path.
My practice is inclusive of all faith backgrounds, ethnicities, genders, sexual orientations, abilities, ages, and beliefs. Our shared divinity, the great equalizer, unites us all. It is my joy to welcome you here.

Mother’s Circle
Group Spiritual Direction
Mother’s Circle offers women spiritual community through their sacred transition into motherhood.
In this eight-week course we will share personal stories, meditate, and consider the trajectory of our personal and collective motherhoods. We will develop rituals that allow our most conscious selves to step forward in leadership for ourselves and the generation to come.
